I am the Estates Manager of a private School in Beckenham . I have used Mr Collieary for around five years now for various jobs from painting to a complete refurb of our School hall , Wood flooring , Electrics , Building works etc. The only advice I can give you is to be clear to the contractor as to what you want and what you are aiming to achieve.
